Always carry a notebook and a pen with you. You can also use your phone to write in the notes or voice record your ideas. This is the best way to keep track of all of your ideas. You never know when that one thing you’ve been stuck on for days is going to break free. If you have a way to write it down you will be able to use it the next time you sit down to write. 

Take some time this next week and pick out a special notebook and pen to keep with you. It doesn’t need to be big, it could be small enough to fit in your pocket!
